About the Role:
The San Francisco Giants is looking for a full-time Coordinator, Promotions & Special Events, where you will have the unique opportunity to assist in the planning and execution of programs to ensure the fan experience is properly presented. This position will act as the central hub for cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless communication across internal teams, vendors, and community partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment. You will be responsible for managing timelines, tracking key milestones, assisting with vendor communication, and providing on-site event support.
This role reports to the Director of Promotions and Special Events. This position will be in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco along with an accommodating hybrid opportunity to also work from home during certain times of the season.

· You will be on-site for all ticketed special events and companywide celebrations and promotions
· You will cross reference and update the Special Events and Promotions website when new programs are added or updated to ensure all programs are properly being promoted online
· You will collaborate with the ticket office when programs are added or updated
· You will assist the team with all general logistics and vendor and entertainment management when needed
· You will provide Guest Services and Operations all event related information and serve as a key contact for programs taking place during any given homestand
· You will maintain and update on-site storage within Giants offices to ensure product is properly available when needed
· You will oversee maintenance of product at the Giants warehouse and ensure areas is kept organized over the course of homestands and the progression of season
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Relevant internships or experience in event coordination, promotions, marketing, or a related field preferred
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-paced environment with the emphasis on meeting deadlines
· Skilled at driving and maintaining relationships with external and internal partners (ticket office, operations and community partners)
· A strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
· Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
· Strong communication skills – able to clearly convey information to a variety of internal/external stakeholders, vendors, etc.
· Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, nights and holidays
