Amazon E-Commerce Specialist (Bilingual - Korean)

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking.
• Oversee order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute online promotions, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance user experience.
• Manage online customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including revenue, ROI, and engagement.
• Work with designers and developers to improve website functionality and user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
