Job Description

The Leads Generation Executive identifies and qualifies business opportunities. The role focuses on prospecting through digital platforms, outbound, and inbound calls, qualifying leads based on established criteria, and endorsing high-quality opportunities to the Sales team. Success in this position requires outstanding communication skills, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Opportunity Search: Identifies potential employers to improve job opportunities on our platform through digital prospecting and targeted outreach.
  • Communication and persuasion: Engages prospects about our platform's power to transform their hiring success, addressing concerns with solutions.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluates employer potential to ensure better matches in our platform, increasing job opportunities for seekers.
  • CRM Management: Maintains employer data in Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless progression from prospect to platform partner.
  • Lead Endorsement: Connects qualified employers with our Sales team to accelerate platform adoption and job listing growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzes data to identify patterns and opportunities for improving the leads generation and pre-sales process.
  • Inbound Support: Delivers adaptable and solution-focused support to customer inquiries via calls and emails.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Professional certifications are helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, customer service, sales, or business development with consistent track record.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, digital research tools, and data analysis. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Characteristics: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, meticulous with quality focus, proven leadership abilities, and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment industry trends, corporate hiring practices, and B2B sales processes in the recruitment technology space.
