Functions:
The Accounting Clerk provides administrative support to company executives and accounting performing clerical functions such as: preparing correspondence, creating reports, receiving visitors, filing, obtaining supplies, making special arrangements for guests, enters invoices, coordinates paperwork, helps resolve invoicing issues, communicates with vendors, and works on special projects when required. This position deals with a diverse group of important external clients and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
· Accurately analyze, prepare, and input accounting data into system.
· Take messages Field routine and non-routine questions
· Maintain and update filing system.
· Retrieve information from files as needed.
· Working closely with other departments while keeping the upmost professionalism
· Keep a neat and well-organized workplace
· Process and manage the daily floorplan account
· Maintain weekly schedules in order to update management
Skills:
· Knowledge of general administrative and bookkeeping principles.
· Proficiency in MS Office, including ability to generate and interpret spreadsheet data.
· High degree of accuracy, attention to detail
· Excellent data entry skills - experience with Reynolds system desired.
· Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
