At SoundCloud, our Talent ID team is at the heart of our strategy and success. This is your opportunity to work directly with emerging artists, identify cultural trends, and help shape the future of music.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of a high-impact A&R team that leads the way in discovering and developing artists defining what's NEXT in music.
• Drive Artist Discovery through identifying trends, uncovering new talent, and contributing directly to the success of the platform.
• Collaborate closely with artists, guiding their careers and empowering them to succeed on SoundCloud and beyond. You’ll be their champion, from early-stage development to the next big breakthrough.
• Develop a deep, strategic understanding of both the music industry and SoundCloud’s platform
• Help build our UK/EU presence by expanding SoundCloud's reach, creating opportunities, and connecting with key industry players.
• Coordinate key initiatives such as A&R meetings, showcases, and conferences, ensuring a smooth and impactful presence in your region.
• Work hand-in-hand with Label Relations to ensure emerging artists are on the radar of major stakeholders and rightsholders.
• Be a key contributor to cross-functional collaboration by ensuring artist feedback is heard and acted upon by teams such as Product and Marketing.
• Take ownership of your role with the autonomy to drive innovation, refine processes, and continuously elevate how we work, from internal training to our use of cutting-edge tech.

About You:

• 1-2+ years of experience in Artist / Label Relations or a similar creative artist-facing role
• Ability to execute data-based research; analyze trends and identify key moments
• A passion for working directly with artists, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed.
• A strong understanding of the UK music scene and emerging trends.
• A collaborative yet competitive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
