SportyBet Brazil is seeking a passionate and skilled BR Social Media Content Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about sports, knowledgeable in betting, and experienced in content production and coordination as well as managing and expanding social media communities, especially on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Kwai, TikTok, X, Telegram and Whatsapp.
Role Overview:
As our BR Social Media Content Coordinator, you will be the main responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, ensuring we have live and fresh content to boost our brand's visibility, engage our audience, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will focus heavily on ensuring we offer the best possible content to our audiences while synchronizing the campaigns with performance and branding teams. Moreover, we expected you to nurture our communities across our main social media platforms in an engaging way.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Social Media content creation, scheduling and posting, ensuring alignment with promotional calendars and events.
Support the Social Media Manager on developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to promote betting products, campaigns, and events on platforms like Instagram, X, YouTube, Kwai, TikTok, Telegram and WhatsApp, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals and SportyBet's brand guidelines.
Coordinate a team of social media specialists and designers, creating dynamic and engaging content to strength the relationship with our communities centered around sports and betting.
Manage a team of content creators and ambassadors to execute the social media vision.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to optimize engagement and follower growth.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, conversions, CTR) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
Ensure all content complies with gambling advertising laws, age restrictions, and platform-specific policies.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven experience
Fluent in both English/Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
Proven track record in creating content for social media for brands in the sports or betting industry.
Extensive knowledge of sports, mainly football, including local and national leagues. Skilled in social media management tools, analytics, and content creation software, including video editing.
Creative and innovative and innovative in developing social media campaigns that appeal to football fans. Exceptional creative and organisational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Knowledge of the sports betting and online gaming industry is a significant plus.
