The role ✨
We are currently looking to hire a Legal Counsel on a fixed term contract ending mid February 2026, based in Poland. This position is offered in connection with the as maternity leave of one of our international legal team members.
As Legal Counsel, you will be in charge of commercial contracts and responsible for handling a broad range of legal matters across Stuart’s global markets related to commercial transactions, contracts and business operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice that aligns with the company’s objectives and risk thresholds. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will join the Legal Team and will report to the General Counsel.
