Finance Content Specialist (Intern)

Substance is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Content Specialist Intern to join our client boutique agency. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and curating financial content that informs, engages, and educates our audience. You will work closely with our finance team to create high-quality articles, guides, and other resources that align with our brand’s mission and financial literacy goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other financial content that is informative, accurate, and engaging.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on various finance-related topics to ensure content is accurate, current, and relevant to our audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to gain insights and ensure that content aligns with overall business objectives.
• Editorial Support: Assist in the editorial process by proofreading and editing materials to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Content Strategy: Contribute ideas for content development and marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement and drive traffic.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of content using analytics tools, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of financial trends and news to produce timely and relevant content.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and analytical skills with an ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content.
• Experience or coursework in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent research skills and familiarity with financial data and analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Passion for finance and a desire to enhance financial literacy among our audience.
