Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat platforms to assist with inquiries about flights, bookings, and travel policies.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and baggage allowances.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and future improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, services, and updates to provide the most accurate assistance to customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in the travel or aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time and tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
