Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support in Czech language via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding transportation services, including scheduling, pricing, and policy information.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's transportation services and products.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute feedback for continuous growth.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in transportation or logistics.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
