Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Greek-speaking customers with their inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a timely follow-up.
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the company’s database with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and customer service strategies.
  • Recognize trends in customer feedback and communicate them to the management team for continual improvement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company services and promotions to provide the best support.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to express information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Competency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
