Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and telephone communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to gaming rules, promotions, and account management efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that customers may face during their online gaming experience.
  • Provide informative and engaging assistance to improve the overall customer journey.
  • Support customers with account registration, verification, and financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help refine our services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across platforms.
  • Fluency in Dutch, both verbal and written, is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the iGaming or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms and a passion for the iGaming industry.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
