Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and telephone communications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding gaming operations, rules, promotions, and account management in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may encounter during their online gaming experience.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our gaming products and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with the registration process, account verification, and financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all gaming platforms.
  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the iGaming or a related industry, is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms and a genuine passion for the iGaming sector.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer demands.
