Nordic Speaking Electronics Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

The House of Mercier is on the lookout for a motivated Nordic Speaking Electronics Support Specialist to join our team remotely from Athens, Greece. This position involves providing exceptional support for our electronic products to customers who speak Nordic languages. You will play a critical role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support for electronic products to Nordic-speaking customers through diverse communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot electronic product issues, providing efficient solutions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolution steps using our support systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate serious issues and relay customer insights.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of product support materials in Nordic languages.
• Guide customers in understanding product features, functionalities, and best usage practices.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in electronics, is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to electronic devices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to assist customers effectively.
• Proficient in using customer support software and ticketing platforms.
• A friendly and proactive team player committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• An interest in electronics and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
