Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, and general questions about the online shopping experience.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to offer informed recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with different departments including logistics and sales to streamline customer queries and feedback.
• Document and track customer interactions and inquiries to maintain accurate records and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.

• Fluency in Norwegian is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, particularly in e-commerce or online retail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software and online platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
