Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with questions regarding air conditioning products and services.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken is essential.
