Position Summary:- The Server Assistant/Runner/Busser is responsible for assisting the Service Staff to ensure the proper setup and cleanliness of the dining rooms. Responsibilities include preparing and refilling beverages, delivering and clearing of food items within assigned dining area and sections, and performing end of day clean up duties. Must be well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate effective communication skills, and deliver excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Greet patrons with a smile.
- Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as needed.
- Prepare tables by wiping up spills, clearing crumbs, replacing soiled linens, and setting up for guests.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring distribution based on seat numbers.
- Respond to guest requests and inform management of any complaints.
- Maintain a clear and organized wait station and dining room throughout the shift.
- Stock the server station with the appropriate supplies.
- Assist with resetting the dining room.
- Complete daily side work as assigned.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:- 1+ years of experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance in all situations.
- Ability to solve problems, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Working Conditions:- Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, including the restaurant/lounge and on-course areas. Team members may be exposed to hot surfaces, sharp utensils, moving equipment, cleaning materials, and varying weather conditions. Adhering to safety protocols is essential to prevent injuries from environmental and equipment hazards.
