Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by customers efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex inquiries and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
  • Assist customers with product installation, setup, and optimization efforts.
  • Guide customers on product functionality and best practices for usage.
  • Monitor and manage open support tickets to ensure timely closure and communication with customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese; both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and explain consumer services and technology concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as necessary to meet customer needs.
