Responsibilities

  • Assist Portuguese-speaking online content creators with inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide guidance on platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize content creator success.
  • Troubleshoot user account and technical issues effectively and respond promptly to concerns.
  • Document interactions and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from creators and suggest product improvements.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and our offerings to offer informed support.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the online services or content creation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with various online content creation tools and platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
