Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries related to e-cigarette products and services accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction.
• Educate customers about product usage, safety, and compliance.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer insights.

• Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with e-cigarette products and the vaping industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and think critically.
