Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including live chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding gaming rules, promotions, and account issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by customers during their online gaming experience.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding gaming products and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account creation, verification, and management tasks including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve services and support.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience throughout the gaming platforms.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
