Responsibilities

  • Offer excellent customer support through live chat, email, and phone communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding gaming rules, promotions, account management, and related topics efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that customers may encounter while gaming online.
  • Provide detailed information about gaming products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist customers with account registration, verification, and processing financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continual service enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both verbal and written, is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the iGaming or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms and a keen interest in the iGaming sector.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
