Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and changes to their itineraries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the travel platform's offerings and services.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the customer service management system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with online travel platforms or booking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
