Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer support via live chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Answer customer questions related to gaming operations, rules, promotions, and account management in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical difficulties customers encounter while gaming online.
  • Offer comprehensive information about gaming products and services to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist with customer registration, account verification, and financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform ongoing service improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across our platforms.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, is crucial; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the iGaming or a comparable industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and helpful attitude toward customers.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced and demanding work environment without losing composure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage customer issues.
  • Familiar with online gaming environments and possess a keen interest in the iGaming industry.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekends and holidays to accommodate customer needs.
