Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our support system.
• Guide customers on product features and assist in optimizing their use of our services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and follow up for prompt resolutions.
• Contribute to the development of Spanish-language support documentation and resources.
• Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with support software and ticketing systems is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• A foundational understanding of technology products and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial.
