In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our Swedish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our innovative products and services. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the support system.
• Educate customers on product features and assist them in optimizing their use of our services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and follow up for timely resolutions.
• Aid in creating and updating Swedish-language support documentation and resources.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers after resolution to confirm their satisfaction with our services.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills focused on building positive customer relationships.
• Familiarity with technical support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
• A basic knowledge of technology products and troubleshooting methods is desirable.
