As the Social Media Manager, you are tasked in overseeing social media channels, ensuring engagement, growth, and brand consistency. This role requires expertise in managing social media strategies tailored to the North American market, driving brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content is on-brand and visually appealing.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Manage paid social advertising, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and trends to enhance the brand's visibility.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with experience in the North American market.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic action.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with followers and stakeholders.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling visuals and videos.
