About The Business:

They are a well-established outbound travel company specialising in creating bespoke long-haul holidays for both B2C and B2B markets. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketer to lead our digital efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with the business objectives.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead ROI-focused campaigns across paid search, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, with data-driven optimisation.
  • Social Media: Drive engagement and brand awareness through innovative content and targeted campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • CRM & Customer Journey: Enhance customer engagement and retention with effective CRM strategies and tools, driving loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Email Marketing: Create and optimise email campaigns to maximise impact and conversions, using data to personalise and refine communications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members and external partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Budget Management: Manage and maximise the digital marketing budget, delivering measurable results.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience, presenting insights and results to senior leadership.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on B2C digital marketing experience, with expertise in performance marketing and CRM.
  • Proven success managing social media campaigns and driving digital strategies in the B2C space.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Travel or tour operator marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
