Our client is a rapidly growing Australian start-up specialising in health and wellness, with a mission to improve lives through better sleep and well-being. Their dynamic team collaborates on exciting projects ranging from brand partnerships and digital marketing to the development of masterclasses and membership programs and they offer a fast-paced, self-starter environment where team members are encouraged to take initiative, learn, and grow.
They are now looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to support key stakeholders in managing daily operations, customer interactions, and digital content.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Organise and schedule meetings, Zoom calls, and agendas across various business areas.
- Follow up with clients and customers to ensure timely reminders and document sharing before meetings.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Google Drive for seamless document organisation.
- Prepare and send invoices, including follow-ups for payment reminders.
Social Media Assistance:
- Assist with scheduling, preparing draft copy or designs, and reporting.
- Support project management for brand partnerships and collaborations.
Website Management:
- Update website content using Go High Level, including banners and homepage sections.
- Assist with masterclass and membership updates.
Email Campaigns and Newsletters:
- Prepare and schedule email campaigns and newsletters, reporting on their performance.
Reporting:
- Compile and deliver monthly reports and progress updates as required.
- Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Monday.com.
- Experience using Go High Level or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Passionate about health and wellness, particularly in sleep improvement.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
MUST HAVE Experience
- Prior experience in the health and wellness industry or related fields.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with Australian or US-based companies and their working environments.
