E-CRM Specialist

Wallex is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-CRM Specialist to join our team. The E-CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing our electronic customer relationship management systems to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement strategies that improve our communication with clients and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and personalized communication strategies.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for personalized engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-CRM initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of e-CRM campaigns, using metrics to optimize future strategies.
• Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
• Conduct A/B testing and other methods to evaluate campaign performance and enhance future outcomes.
• Work with IT and digital teams to troubleshoot any E-CRM-related issues and ensure smooth technical operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine and enhance Wallex’s e-CRM strategies.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing e-CRM systems and executing email/sms and e-crm marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in e-CRM software and tools; experience with platforms like WenEngage or similar is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
