System Administrator - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and optimization of our systems and infrastructure to ensure peak performance.

• Strengthen system security by implementing and reinforcing protocols while efficiently managing any incidents that arise.

• Work closely with the development team to support CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized environments.

• Maintain, develop, and refine PowerShell scripts to streamline operations and boost productivity.

• Serve as a key escalation resource for the support team, effectively resolving complex technical challenges.

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT or systems administration.

• Extensive expertise in Windows desktop and server operating systems.

• Proficient in networking, including firewall configuration and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization technology.

• Familiarity with Office 365 administration.

• Competent in network configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of database administration with a strong ability to ensure system reliability.

• Comfortable utilizing CI/CD tools and containerization technologies.

• Passionate about automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.

• Ability to remain calm and productive in high-pressure situations.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to overcoming complex challenges.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Exemplary business communication skills, including the ability to create comprehensive documentation.

• Enthusiastic about problem-solving and working effectively in diverse teams.

• Self-aware regarding personal limitations and motivated to seek assistance or collaborate when needed.

• A combination of a bachelor's degree, relevant IT experience, and/or recognized IT certifications.
