The Role

The Product Assistant will support our Product & Contracting Team in managing our contracted ground supply stock; everything from hotel and golf course rates to special offers and allocations. This is a key role in our Product & Supply team, offering the chance to work with top-tier suppliers and contribute to a smooth and efficient booking experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with the loading of hotel, golf package, green fee, and transfer rates into our system and website, prioritising our premium and tier-one suppliers.
• Assist with loading stop sales efficiently to keep availability accurate.
• Supporting the loading of special offers and campaigns to maximise revenue and business growth.
• Overseeing and managing hotel and golf allocations within our system.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and flagging any data issues.
• Assisting with ResConnect mapping to maintain accurate web pricing and online booking.
• Supporting system testing for any updates, improvements, or new features.
• Helping the sales team by resolving queries and ensuring a smooth booking process.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and other key departments to ensure seamless communication.

✅ Tech-Savvy – Experience with G Suite is a plus.
✅ Experienced in Administration – Previous admin experience is beneficial but not essential.
✅ Multilingual? Even Better! – Language skills are a bonus.
✅ Passionate About Golf? – If you love the game or have an interest in the sport, that’s a great advantage!
