We’re looking for an experienced full-stack product marketing manager to lead and execute our product marketing strategy – you’ll lead product marketing campaigns, craft compelling and differentiated product messaging, drive adoption of new features, and enable customer-facing teams to tell a product story that resonates with enterprise users and decision-makers alike.
📣 Lead, manage and optimise launch campaigns for new products and features
You’ll be responsible for driving adoption of new products and features by running effective campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating internally to create creative campaign content, and co-ordinating launches across the entire business to drive user acquisition. You’ll also use data and reporting tools to analyse and optimise the performance of your campaigns.
📈 Drive feature adoption and upsells by marketing to existing users
We’re a product-led-sales company – our funnel is product-led but our revenue is sales-led, so a key part of your role will be to drive user adoption of features using product-led tactics such as onboarding emails, in-app feature announcements, and driving product-qualified leads for sales.
💬 Take our case studies & social proof to the next level
Collaborate with our customer-facing teams to continuously improve and leverage our social proof content such as logos, testimonials and case studies across all our marketing touch points
📖 Enable our customer-facing teams
You’ll provide high quality messaging, resources and training for our customer-facing teams to sell and differentiate zeroheight from competitors. You’ll ensure that our teams have up-to-date and compelling resources for all our audiences, including both technical / business stakeholders.
🧭 Provide zeroheight with cutting edge market and positioning insights
You’ll build and maintain market maps, buyer personas and customer journey maps to inform our go-to-market and product strategies, as well as shape our positioning and messaging strategy.
If you don’t quite tick all these boxes but think you’d be a fit, we encourage you to apply anyway
