Role summary

We are looking for a driven and passionate professional Junior Support Manager to join our team in Malta.

You will have day to day responsibility for:

• Providing full support to Account Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Assisting in daily operations and communication with customers.
• Becoming an expert in using our Client Area and Back Office systems.
• Acting as a key point of contact between Account Managers, customers, and occasionally the tech team.
• Educating customers on system functionalities and new features.
• Supporting promotional planning with customers alongside a dedicated Account Manager.
• Ensuring customers adhere to agreed promotional activities, including marketing and social media commitments.
• Assisting in creating internal documentation and supporting compliance tasks.

You will work closely with:

• Our account managers both on and off Island, and our Head of Account Management, who will also line manage this role.

About you - you will have:

• Previous experience of working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, casino coordinator or compliance coordinator.
• Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven professional proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of any other languages would be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage daily workload, willingness to learn and a curious mind are important.
