We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist who lives and breathes audience growth and has a proven track record of scaling LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok for personal brands. This isn’t a role for someone who just “posts content”—we need a grinder, someone who understands algorithms, engagement strategies, and growth tactics that actually work. If you’ve helped personal brands break through and gain traction, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute a growth-focused content plan for LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Analyze data and iterate quickly to optimize content performance and engagement.
LinkedIn Growth:
- Craft and optimize engaging LinkedIn posts that drive reach, shares, and conversations.
- Build a networking and engagement strategy to amplify organic reach.
YouTube Growth:
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for higher CTR and watch time.
- Implement growth strategies for increasing subscribers and video engagement.
- Leverage short-form content to drive traffic to long-form videos.
TikTok Growth:
- Identify trending content, hooks, and formats to increase virality.
- Develop and test a consistent posting cadence to maximize reach.
Content Creation & Repurposing:
- Take existing long-form content (interviews, speeches, podcasts) and turn it into high-performing clips for all platforms.
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure content is optimized for each platform.
Engagement & Community Building:
- Proactively engage with comments, DMs, and other accounts to drive visibility and relationships.
- Track engagement metrics and continuously test new growth strategies.
- Proven experience growing personal brand accounts on LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- A hustler and executor—you don’t just plan, you get things done.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for LinkedIn posts.
- Experience with YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and retention tactics.
- Analytical mindset—data drives your decisions, not just intuition.
- A self-starter who can work independently and iteratively to get results.
