Job Description

Sphirea Plus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and drive our business development efforts. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, assisting with sales strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of projects to enhance brand awareness and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales objectives
• Assist in creating promotional materials and coordinating marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales coordination or a similar role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
