Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Managing office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Organizing office events and team activities.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assisting with office organization and general administrative tasks.
Filing and maintaining office records.
Supporting staff with any office-related needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
