How You Will Make an Impact:

We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Manager (FSM) to oversee frac sand delivery operations and ensure seamless logistics, equipment maintenance, and team leadership in the oil and gas sector. The FSM will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

 Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily frac sand delivery and handling operations
  • Coordinate transport to ensure timely delivery and supply chain efficiency
  • Manage fleet operations, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and effective use of dispatch tools
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize performance
  • Ensure equipment readiness through regular maintenance and timely repairs
  • Oversee inventory management of parts and consumables
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular checks, and mitigate risks in sand handling and transport
  • Lead, train, and evaluate field staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues and providing operational updates
  • Maintain documentation and prepare reports on operations, safety, and performance
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
  • Ensure field operations remain profitable while maintaining service quality

Minimum Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in diesel mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in oil and gas.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
