*This position is on-site based in Odessa, TX. Occasional travel to multiple Atlas sites and locations may be required.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of recruiters, supporting key aspects of the hiring process such as candidate outreach, phone screenings, managing employee files, and overseeing all pre-hire requirements.

We're seeking a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and excels at multitasking to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.

  • Reading and understanding resumes relating to multiple job descriptions
  • Responsible for reviewing resumes within a job posting
  • Completing multiple phone calls, a day regarding applications in various job postings
  • Phone screening entry-level positions
  • Initiating and completing all pre-hire requirements, ie background, physical, and drug screening
  • Following up with candidates to ensure all pre-hire requirements are completed before the hire date
  • Creating employee files and saving all necessary files to the employee files
  • Responsible for working closely with a recruiting team, helping fill various roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for communicating all orientation schedules and locations to EHS Training team and new hire

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow recruiting processes end-to-end
  • Ability to keep items confidential
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
