Work Arrangement: 9 to 5 EST.

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Salary Range: in USD.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Recruitment to lead and scale our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building recruitment processes, teams, and strategies in fast-paced startup environments. You’ll bring innovative approaches to sourcing and hiring top talent, while aligning recruitment efforts with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent across all functions.
    • Build and maintain scalable hiring processes that align with the company's rapid growth trajectory.
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and design workforce planning initiatives.
  2. Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Ensure the team is equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary for success.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand and values.
    • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  4. Sourcing and Employer Branding:
    • Oversee innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, particularly in competitive markets.
    • Partner with Marketing and HR to strengthen the company’s employer brand and showcase it as a top-tier workplace.
  5. Data-Driven Decisions:
    • Leverage recruitment metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make informed decisions.
    • Present hiring reports and insights to the executive team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Start-Up Expertise:
    • Bring deep experience in recruiting for startup environments, understanding the nuances of scaling teams efficiently.
    • Build agile recruitment processes capable of adapting to rapid organizational changes.

  • 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within startups.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing recruitment strategies in high-growth companies.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Experience scaling teams across multiple geographies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
