Job summary:

As an Account Executive, US at AutogenAI, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth in the dynamic world of generative AI and SaaS sales. Leverage your hunter mentality to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and to close multiple, shorter-sales cycle deals per month . This role offers exceptional opportunities for growth, learning, and making an impact in a fast-paced startup environment. 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving Growth: Identify and secure commercial opportunities across the US, consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets through strategic, consultative selling. 
  • Strategic Account Development: Research target accounts, craft creative engagement strategies, and close significant deals by deeply understanding customer goals and pain points. 
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders (VP and C-level) to establish long-term partnerships. 
  • Product Demonstrations: Confidently deliver engaging, tailored demos that showcase AutogenAI’s value and address specific customer challenges. 
  • Collaborative Success: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client growth, and sustained success. 
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain a high-quality pipeline, drive opportunities efficiently, and provide accurate forecasts through precise CRM management.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Product & Tech Skills: Confidence delivering tailored product demos and quickly mastering CRM tools and technologies. 
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events. 

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Sales or SaaS Knowledge: Experience in SaaS sales or another fast-moving, client-facing role is helpful but not required. 
  • Proposal Management Experience: Familiarity with managing complex proposals or RFPs is a plus. 
  • Competitive Compensation: Package is dependant on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role.
