Marketing Intern, Account Based Marketing

As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Marketing Intern at Azul, you will support the VP of Digital Marketing in developing and managing account-based programs for strategic accounts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the digital marketing team and sales teams to plan and execute 1:few and high-touch 1:1 marketing programs. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools such as Canva, 6Sense, Qlik, SalesForce, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity to learn.


What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities):
  • Reviewing and mapping existing account journeys and buyer personas within target accounts to identify and develop relevant experiences and messaging for personas within each account.
  • Create personalized content and messaging tailored to the needs and preferences of specific accounts and ICP personas.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to align ABM marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Assist with the end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns, including campaign setup, segmentation, targeting, deployment, and optimization.
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance.
  • Guide efforts to create standardized ABM reporting and dashboards for key accounts, presenting performance to the marketing department and stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (1:1, 1: few, 1: many) across priority accounts.


What You'll Bring (aka, Education, Experience, Skills)
  • Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to participate in a part-time internship between February and June 2025.
  • Comfortable with data and extracting insights from data.
  • Attention to detail, strong project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
  • Experience with Canva a plus.

$20 - $30 an hour
We offer compensation where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The hourly pay for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $20 to $30 per hour.
