Job Description

We’re seeking a temporary Recruiting Coordinator who specializes in sourcing and scheduling.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and coordinate with top candidates. You’ll be a key player in driving our recruitment efforts by proactively sourcing qualified candidates and ensuring interviews run smoothly.

This is an hourly Fixed-Term (Temporary) Employment position anticipated for a period of 4-6 months.
The position will be hired as a W-2 (not 1099) and, while employed, this person will have access to Cricut benefits. No agency or C2C candidates will be considered. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing Talent:
    • Use various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open roles.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
    • Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates to gauge interest and fit for roles.
  2. Scheduling Interviews:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
    • Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams, including logistics, expectations, and follow-ups.
    • Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently to minimize delays in the hiring process.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    1. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive overall experience.
    2. Provide candidates with necessary resources and information to prepare for interviews.
  4. Collaboration & Communication:
    1. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
    2. Regularly update stakeholders on the status of sourcing and scheduling efforts.
    3. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  5. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and scheduling workflows.
    2. Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance recruitment strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Experience:
      • 1-2 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or a related role.
    • Skills:
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficient with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
      • Familiarity with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attributes:
      • Proactive and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude.
      • Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and

    Note about Job Location: Cricut offices are located in South Jordan, Utah (Greater Salt Lake City area). The work style is hybrid. Candidates who do not currently live within a reasonable distance from our Salt Lake City office will not be considered
