We’re looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager (Americas) to join our team and help us bring our brand to life across our key retail & ecommerce reseller partners.
The primary function of the Americas Regional Product Marketing team is to ensure the success of our Cricut products as sold to/through the large community of Cricut’s omni-channel retail and ecommerce resellers across the Americas. This includes the development and execution of the business/marketing strategy for Cricut’s products across all key phases of the product life cycle (from launch planning to end-of-life) within the Americas Region.
Market Intelligence - Understand the evolving Americas TAM for all Cricut products & assess the competitive landscape across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America
Channel Expertise – Be the expert on our reseller community, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on the playing field and how to win
Plan-of-Record Delivery- Establish the regional strategy & annual plan to maximize ARPU (pricing, promotions & mix), sell-in/sell-through attainment, market share, and margin delivery
Go-to-Market Planning - Construct channel-optimized product roadmaps & transition plans for all products within an assigned portfolio. Implement programs to ensure successful new product launches across the Americas
Sales Enablement – Create & deliver product and value-proposition trainings for all key regional sales and marketing stakeholders, including the Cricut Americas sales force as well as key distributor and retail sales personnel. Develop the sales tools that support the selling process of Cricut’s products
Product Demonstration – Showcase the features and benefits of Cricut’s products to potential customers by providing live demonstrations, answering questions, and encouraging sales
Cross-Functional Alignment - Anticipate and resolve product-related issues that require the cross-functional coordination and alignment between operations, sales, product management, or marketing
Product Positioning - Influence key marketing and product decisions (e.g. naming, packaging, creative, messaging, form factor, feature prioritization). Represent the Americas Sales & Marketing organization in cross-functional meetings/forums and serve as the primary source of updates and information for product plans in your categories
Product launch planning – Work closely with the global product management & creative teams to map out marketing assets and launch plans for the new products and releases, keep track of and help drive timelines and deliverables, and manage the cross-functional implementation of plans with sales and marketing teams.
5+ years of product marketing experience (preferably with physical products), experience with products sold through retail channels a big plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA preferred
Very strong written & verbal communication skills
Maniacal attention to detail, able to track multiple complex sets of data across several documents
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
Location: South Jordan, Utah (Greater Salt Lake City, UT area)

You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
