About the Role

Dialectica is on a journey of unprecedented growth, and one of the important components of our strategy is to ensure that we curate this journey and communicate it to all stakeholders. We are currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to join our team and work on a variety of projects and initiatives, with a particular emphasis on various aspects of marketing and communications, such as social media and branding, internal and external communications, while working in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns in Greece and Canada.
  • Assist with producing written, video, and other content for marketing channels.
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming meetings.
  • Measure and report the results of marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the Design team to ensure all content remains on-brand across all media, while exploring new content formats to generate innovation and engagement.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects, as needed.

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Undergraduate degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field with solid academic performance.
  • 0-1+ years experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English. French writing skills are considered a plus.
  • Project management skills will be a plus.
  • Passionate for crafting compelling and engaging content.
