Courier/Clerical (PART-TIME)

This is a part-time position Monday thru Friday.  

Hours 8:30am-2:30pm(1/2-hour lunch)

Hourly rate of $20.00/hr.

Immediate opportunity for a RESPONSIBLE, and MOTIVATED individual! MUST have a clean DMV driving record and a valid driver’s license!

We are seeking a "Go-getter" who is energetic and does NOT require a lot of guidance. They must be able to take the initiative to get the job done quickly and efficiently on their own.

Duties include:

• Pick up the daily mail from the post office box.
• Deliver outbound mail to the post office.
• Shuttle and deliver company mail between Richmond and Oakland on a daily basis.
• Drive to offices in Albany, Dixon, or Petaluma to obtain required signatures on company documents.
• Perform other company errands as needed.
• General office work as needed (filing, scanning, etc.).

We provide:

• Use of company vehicle which is returned at the end of the shift.
• Use of company gas card for the company vehicle only.
• Use of company cell phone which is returned at the end of the shift
• Fast Track for use in the company vehicle only

• Clean DMV driving record
• Must be able to carry boxes weighing up to 10 pounds while climbing stairs

Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
