Sports Customer Support Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients, solving problems
• Prioritizing and solving problems
• Helping Technical Support Analyst with their work, solving problems, forwarding the information to the Development Team when necessary and providing feedback to clients
• Actively monitoring specified systems within the company using provided tools
• Create and maintain a knowledge base for known issues and solutions
• Completing additional tasks assigned by the line manager
• Working in shifts (morning and afternoon)
• Working hybrid

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Initiative, accuracy and pressure handling
• Computer skills
• Previous Customer Support experience would be considered as a bonus
