We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to take full control of our HubSpot platform and oversee marketing operations. This role will focus on optimizing marketing processes, data management, reporting, and automation, ensuring we maximize efficiency in lead generation, tracking, and analysis.
This person will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to implement data-driven campaigns that drive business growth and improve overall marketing performance. You will play a pivotal role in aligning operations with our GTM strategy, helping us meet both marketing and revenue goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, and automation setup, integration, and optimization.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards, providing actionable insights and performance metrics.
- Execute, analyze, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, organic, and influencer-driven).
- Streamline processes, implement automated workflows, and optimize our tech stack for maximum performance.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective data management practices, including list segmentation and lead scoring, to improve marketing precision.
- Create workflows for lead nurturing, data syncing, and marketing automation to drive conversion rates.
- Utilize data and attribution models to assess campaign performance, making data-backed decisions for optimization.
- Manage and optimize integrations with third-party marketing tools (Google Analytics, Clearbit, Zapier, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Work closely with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of marketing operations.
- 3+ years in Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, or Demand Generation (preferably in a fast-paced startup environment).
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, reporting, and automation.
- Strong ability to work with data, dashboards, attribution models, and marketing performance metrics.
- Experience with third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Clearbit, Zapier, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Proven experience in running and optimizing email, paid, organic, and influencer-driven campaigns.
- A process-driven mindset with a passion for streamlining workflows and maximizing efficiency.
- Understanding of lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and data hygiene best practices.
