Your role at Hostinger

Senior marketing operations specialist in the marketing team. As part of Hostinger's marketing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring consistent communication, adherence to timelines, effective meetings, and clear documentation, while reducing the administrative workload on marketing team leads, enabling them to focus on driving performance and growth. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with marketing team leads and the whole marketing department.

• Follow the company timeline to initiate OKR planning for the entire marketing department, including marketing team leads. Provide clear timelines, thorough documentation, and effective communication.
• Track the marketing department's OKR performance, maintain accurate documentation, and address inconsistencies.
• Initiate and prepare reporting documents, including monthly marketing reports, WBR documents, OKR review documents and board slides.
• Support marketing team leads’ meetings by suggesting focus areas and topics, and providing follow-ups.
• Assist marketing team leads and the CMO by taking on smaller delegated tasks.
• Act as a bridge between the marketing department and other departments within the company.
• Help marketing teams raise the quality of their daily marketing management processes, initiate new processes, and maintain them.
• Organize marketing-focused events, such as offsites, workations, and departmental gatherings.

• 5 years experience in marketing management or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with OKR planning processes.
• Understanding business and marketing metrics.
• Strong common sense and ownership.
• Top-notch planning skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy in document creation and information distribution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new templates or tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior team leads and various departments.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Miro, and Atlassian products.

• Gross salary from 3300 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
