The role:
We are looking to hire our first product operations role to help drive us towards our goals. This role will set out to support our product team by:
- Increasing the quality of decision making through the timely delivery of reliable data, and qualitative insights.
- Enabling Product Managers to deliver better quality outcomes
- Owning the advancement and maintenance of our product development and release processes to create quality feedback loops and “go-to-market” effectiveness.
- Reducing the administrative workload of Product Managers through the automation of processes, communications and identifying wasted or duplicated efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Manage internal and external data
- Partner with Analytics to own core CRM success metrics - ensure up to date, real time access for a solid understanding of performance across (e.g.NPS, churn, sales, MRR, and so on)
- Look after and iterate on the launch/feedback loop to support with product improvements
- Work with our customer facing teams to improve the quality and quantity of feedback coming back into the product team, with specific focus on managing
- Processes for exit interviews
- Direct product suggestions
- Defect reporting
Then use this improved flow of insights to add to a data picture that helps us decide what’s important
- Monitor and support Product and Design in adherence to our product development process
- Improve product and design productivity in a measurable way
Manage tools and processes:
- Manage a shared, consolidated view of all alpha, beta, A/B tests being carried out throughout our core product so we can easily understand customer impact and risk
- Partner with marketing on editorial calendar to provide marketing with a more robust understanding of changes and impact for longer term planning
- Own the process we follow for different types of launches (help define what constitutes major, minor releases and the activities which need to be carried out for each type of release
- Carry out additional, ad hoc, administrative tasks

Key qualifications:
- Product Operations or Product Management Support: Experience in roles like Product Ops, Business Ops, or Project Manager that involved supporting product teams.
- Process Improvement: Proven success in implementing operational frameworks or streamlining workflows for product teams.
- Data-Centric Background: Experience in setting up product KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Past experience working closely with teams like engineering, QA, design, and customer success
